  • Childbirth (2 sessions) - Learn the essentials of the birthing process
  • Baby Care Basics (2 sessions) - Learn practical and essential skills for the first three months after birth
  • Breastfeeding 101 (1 session) - Learn how to get breastfeeding off to the best start from an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant or Certified Lactation Counselor

  • These classes are taught by a Baptist Health nurse with labor and delivery / maternal newborn experience.
  • You don’t need to be a Baptist Health patient to attend
