Virtual Class
This condensed version of our class takes place virtually on your computer, tablet or smartphone. It consists of 2 weeknight sessions (2.5 hours each) for 2 consecutive weeks on the same day each week.
This condensed virtual class will give you the essentials you will need to understand the birthing process. This includes a shorter version of pain management, cesarean birth, newborn procedures after birth and postpartum care. You will be able to ask questions.
Please note: This class is intended for those planning an epidural birth, so very limited breathing and relaxation is practiced. For couples desiring more practice on breathing and relaxation techniques we offer a supplemental one-night Natural Childbirth Techniques class.

In-Person Class
This full-version class is led by an instructor in a classroom. It consists of one 7-hour Saturday session.
In this comprehensive series, you and your partner/coach will increase your confidence in the birthing process as you gain a better understanding of what to expect. The series includes information on stages and phases of labor, pain management, cesarean birth, normal newborn characteristics, newborn procedures after birth, and postpartum care. You'll receive The Gift of Motherhood book.
Please note: Some breathing and relaxation is included in this class but you will not practice on the floor. For couples desiring more practice on breathing and relaxation techniques we offer a supplemental one-night Natural Childbirth Techniques, which is a virtual class.
