Prenatal and postnatal yoga provides safe, simple, and effective exercises designed to help women cope with the changing needs of their body before and after pregnancy and birth. Come share your experience with other women as you empower yourself through yoga, meditation, and guided visualization. This approach is gentle and safe for women in all stages of pregnancy, and once recovered from birth. However, please discuss and get approval from your health care provider prior to attending.

What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water.

Ongoing classes, 1 hour

Class Prerequisite

You do not have to be a Baptist Health patient to attend this class.

Class Instructor

A certified yoga instructor teaches this class.

Class Registration

Registration and pre-payment is required to reserve your spot. Cost of this class includes 1 participant. You do not need to be a Y member to take this class.

Class Cancellation Policy

To accommodate others who may wish to attend this class, we ask that all cancellations be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class. If you paid a fee for the event, and you submitted the cancellation notice 72 hours or more prior to the start of the event, you can either apply the class fee to another Baptist Health event or request a refund.
