Adult Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs

(Ages 18+) | Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 2:15 p.m.

When mental health challenges feel overwhelming, finding the right level of care can make all the difference—for both patients and their loved ones.

At Baptist Health, our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer structured, compassionate support for adults who need more than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require an inpatient stay.

Through a combination of group and individual therapy, participants build coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and learn how to manage difficult emotions in a safe, healing environment. We also focus on setting healthy boundaries, breaking old patterns, and making space for meaningful goals and self-care.

For those in the PHP program, medication management is provided by an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) as part of the comprehensive care plan.

Child/Adolescent Partial Hospitalization

(Ages 13–17) | Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m.

Navigating mental health challenges during the teen years can be overwhelming—for both adolescents and their families.

At Baptist Health, we offer specialized day programs designed to support teens who need more intensive care than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require a hospital stay.

Our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a structured, nurturing environment where teens can heal and grow. Each day includes a mix of individual support and therapeutic group activities such as psychotherapy, psychoeducation, music and art therapy, recreational and experiential therapies.

The focus is on helping teens build self-esteem, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, stay organized, and develop strong self-care habits. Medication management is also available through an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
