Meredith Molnar, NP, is board certified in primary care of patients ages 12 and older as well as diabetes management. She has a passion for educating her patients regarding their chronic conditions and working together to optimize health and wellness. She has been working in primary care since 2017 specializing in:

About Me
I am originally from Cleveland, OH. My husband and I enjoy golfing and outdoor activities such as birdwatching.
I enjoy educating my patients about their chronic conditions and treatment options including lifestyle modifications and medication management. I feel that listening to my patients regarding their treatment preferences and questions helps provide individualized care. My job as a primary care provider is to provide all of the information necessary for my patients to make educated decisions regarding their health and wellness.
