About Me

I moved to the Jacksonville area from St. Augustine where I practiced for six years. I maintain an active lifestyle through Jui Jitsu, cycling and stand up paddle boarding. In my spare time, I enjoy relationships with family and friends, cooking, singing, and following professional football and hockey.

My philosophy of care is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care by listening to my patients, as well as, prevention of diseases. Throughout my career, I have strived to create a partnership with my patients which inspire them to be an active participant in their own health care.

I also think it is important to give back to our community and have done so by working for the VA providing both primary care and women's health services. I continue to promote a holistic balanced approach to healthcare that includes proper diet and nutrition, exercise, obesity care and psychological support. I feel this is the best way to assist my patients and their family members in achieving their healthcare goals.
