About Me
I am proud to call the First Coast my home, after living and traveling to various locations, including Africa, Iceland, Tibet and the Amazon. I have spent my career working in both the Emergency department and in Primary Care.
My philosophy of medicine is that “knowledge is key.” I believe listening, understanding, and teaching are the cornerstones of this approach. Providing an atmosphere for comfortable open dialog gives us the strongest position to achieve success in preventive care and illness.
I enjoy being part of the community in which I work and live. Outside of the office, you may find me at health fairs, lectures, and sports activities. My family and I enjoy spending time together at the beach, camping, fishing, and biking. In my downtime you can find me in front of a piano or behind a camera lens.
