Lauren Hand, MD

Lauren Hand, MD, is a fellowship-trained gynecologic oncologist who specializes in the treatment of gynecologic conditions and cancers. Dr. Hand enjoys taking the time to listen to patients confronting unique medical issues, and providing them with individualized and compassionate care. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

I grew up in South Florida and attended medical school in Gainesville. My husband and I and our three children enjoy the outdoors, traveling, exercising, and discovering fun things to do.

My job is my passion. I am grateful to be able to take care of women during such a critical time in their lives. It is important that I create an individualized treatment plan for each patient that prioritizes their goals and wishes. I include caregivers (both family and friends) as an essential part of my treatment plan for my patient’s well-being.
