James "Jim" Solari, PhD, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor with more than a decade of experience with adults, including individual and group therapy in outpatient, intensive outpatient therapy, and inpatient psychiatric behavioral health settings. He provides person-centered counseling with a focus on identifying and resolving current challenges. About Me

While on active duty in the U.S. Navy, I was stationed in Jacksonville in 1995. I come from a rural New England town though am proud to call Northeast Florida my home. I enjoy spending my free time with my family outdoors, crafting, learning, and exploring. We also love music.

My philosophy of care is to provide a warm (and often light-hearted) environment that will help facilitate change. I believe that much can be accomplished through open and honest dialogue, and this helps patients identify their specific challenges as I collaborate with them to find solutions. All persons ultimately want to find inner peace and greater harmony with those around them.
