About Me
I was born and raised in the Caribbean, spent some time both on the East coast and West coast before settling in Chicago for many years. I moved to Jacksonville in 2014 to be closer to family and make a life here. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, volunteering, running, doing fitness boot-camp, going to the beach, and reading a good book.
I believe everyone wants to be heard, to be understood, to be validated, and to feel like they matter. I believe that everyone has an inner capacity for healing and it is my job to nurture that innate ability to increase growth and self-fulfillment.
