About Me

I moved to Amelia Island with my wife and two dogs. We fell in love with the area because of the island's charm and the wide variety of activities available here. We came here from Lawrence, Kansas and grew tired of the subzero winter temperatures. We have 5 children and enjoy staying active. I have run five marathons and my wife has run in four, as well as several triathlons. I also enjoy golf, pickleball and walks or runs on the beach. My wife and I look forward to being an integral part of the community.

I love coming to work because I value and I am honored to be able to work with patients. I want to help them get better with multiple options and inform them about their problems and what to expect. I sit down and listen to my patients in order to develop a diagnosis that helps drive therapy. I love the field of neurology because it is logical and tries to localize where the problem is by investigating the central or peripheral nervous system.
