Ashutosh Pradhan, MD

Dr. Pradhan is board certified by the American Board of Neurological surgery. He graduated from Duke University School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency there. Throughout his neurosurgical residency at Duke, Dr. Pradhan had the privilege of training under mentors who are internationally recognized in their specialties. Minimally invasive techniques in the spine, as well as brain tumors, were Dr. Pradhan’s concentration while a chief resident. As spine surgery has evolved over time, his practice has expanded to include disc replacements. This has become an area of interest and expertise for Dr. Pradhan with a recent opportunity to participate in a 2-level cervical disc replacement research trial. Since completing residency, Dr. Pradhan has lived in Jacksonville where he has been committed to providing meticulous care to patients with back pain, neck pain, brain tumors and other neurological diagnoses for over 17 years. I have lived here since 2006, am an avid Jaguar fan, and take pride in calling Jacksonville home. From a young age, I aspired to be a neurosurgeon as the nervous system has always intrigued me. As a neurosurgeon, I am committed to lifelong learning and enjoy staying abreast of innovative techniques in spine surgery.
