About Me

I was born and raised on Long Island prior to moving to Tampa, and then here to Jacksonville, which I am happy to call my home. I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, and spending time in the Florida sunshine.

I encourage my patients to try lifestyle changes before resorting to prescription medications to empower them to become the healthiest version of themselves.
