Jacqueline Hochstin Biography and Information

Jacqueline “Jacquie” Hochstin joined Baptist Health as a resident chaplain in 2022. After completing her residency in 2024, she joined the spiritual care department as a staff chaplain providing spiritual care support to Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Prior to becoming a chaplain, Jacquie worked in nursing and child life allowing her to bring many unique skills to her role as a pediatric chaplain.

Jacquie has an undergraduate degree in child development from Wheelock College, a Master of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary and a Certificate in Pastoral Care from Andover Newton Theological Seminary. She is endorsed by the Unitarian Universalist Society of Community Ministers.

Jacquie’s interests include yoga, writing, knitting, mindfulness meditation practice and spending time on the beach.
