How it Works

Precise
A quick dose of high-energy radiation precisely targets and destroys tumors. The radiation beam is matched to the exact contour of the tumor or lesion. This helps ensure the maximum prescribed dose of high energy radiation is delivered to the entire tumor, but only to the tumor.

Frameless
There is no frame holding the patient in place, unlike other radiosurgery systems, so treatment is comfortable. During treatment, Novalis Tx continuously tracks any micro movements of the patient and the surgeon, and it automatically adjusts.

Fast
Treatment may take place in a single day. Your doctor will decide if your treatment should be administered in a single dose or in a series of doses.
