The DAISY Awards is an international program to recognize extraordinary nurses everywhere who make an enormous difference in the lives of so many people by the super-human work they do every day. Baptist Health is proud to be a DAISY Award Hospital Partner.

Nominate a NURSE

The Individual Award honors nurses (Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Advance Practice Nurses) who consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary, compassionate care. These Baptist Health nurses exemplify the kind of nurse that patients and families, as well as our staff and colleagues, recognize as an outstanding role model.

The Team Award honors collaboration by two or more people, led by a direct-care Registered Nurse, who exemplify Baptist Health's mission and values and are role models of collaboration and teamwork that make a difference in the lives of patients, families, co-workers and/or our community.

The Leader Award honors nurse leaders who consistently demonstrate excellence through exceptional performance, team work, collaboration and compassionate care of patients, families, and team members. The nurse leader exemplifies Baptist Health core values and is the kind of leader that patients and families, as well as team members and colleagues, recognize as an outstanding role model for leadership and patient care.
