The LOTUS Awards was established by Baptist Health to honor our non-nursing healthcare heroes. These amazing team members provide extraordinary compassionate care and service to our patients, families and coworkers on a daily basis.

Nominate a NON-NURSE CAREGIVER

The Individual Award honors a non-nurse team member that exemplifies Baptist Health core values and is the kind of caregiver that patients and families, as well as team members and colleagues, recognize as an outstanding role model.

The Team Award honors a non-nurse led team whose team members consistently demonstrate excellence through exceptional performance, team work and compassionate care for patients, families, co-workers and/or our community.

The Leader Award honors non-nurse leaders who consistently demonstrate excellence through exceptional performance, team work, collaboration and compassionate care of patients, families and team members.
