Julie Greenwalt, MD, graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine. She provides her patients with the most up-to-date care and places a strong emphasis on new technology, clinical research and individualized patient care. Dr. Greenwalt is passionate about oncology and her top priority is to treat her patients as if they were family members. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

I was born and raised on the Space Coast and have lived in Florida all my life. I am blessed with a wonderful, supportive husband and a son who brings joy to my life daily. My husband is a dentist and owns his own practice in the area. We enjoy living in Jacksonville and are grateful for all that the city has to offer.

Being a doctor has been my dream since I was a child. I have always been passionate about helping patients and felt oncology was the perfect place for me to do this, as it allows me to support and encourage my patients on this journey. Being a radiation oncologist allows me to combine two of my greatest interests; research and technology, to drive medicine forward in hopes of helping patients live longer cancer-free lives. I am excited about the future of my field and the methods which will be used to see more patients cured.

I am blessed to work at Baptist where the mindset is on giving back to our patients and our community. I am personally passionate about giving back, both locally and globally. My husband and I volunteer at our church and participate in annual medical and dental mission trips to countries such as Nicaragua. We feel honored to use our professional skills in order to help those in less fortunate situations.
