Lael Stieglitz, MD

Lael Stieglitz, MD, MPH, is a member of the American Urological Association known for her approach to treating the whole patient and not just the disease. Dr. Stieglitz has extensive research experience, having been published in numerous urologic journals and textbooks. She is well-trained in the management of both benign and malignant conditions of the prostate, bladder and kidney. Dr. Stieglitz has expertise in open, laparoscopic and robotic procedures, and is an expert in Greenlight laser therapy, an innovative procedure that treats symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

I am a Jacksonville native and enjoy all the city has to offer with my son and dog. We enjoy discovering new hobbies together as much as relishing old ones and are excited to be home and near family and sunshine.

I believe in teaching patients about their own health so that treatment decisions are made together in a shared, decision-making model, based on current evidence and practice guidelines.

Outside the office, I am passionate about global health and participate in global missions. I am also involved in my local church and the Tim Tebow Foundation.
